All shipments leave from the shop in Palma de Mallorca and the Customer will be informed at all times where your package.
Both for local deliveries, and for national and international, the company in charge of transport is Correos.
You can track the shipment through the Correos website.
One option for online sales pickup will be to shop at zero cost.
The delivery time is between 48 and 72 hours destination Balearics, mainland Spain, Canary Islands and mainland Portugal. For other destinations, consult delivery.
It should be borne in mind that the shipping company does not deliver on weekends.
When ordering we will provide a tracking number. If your order suffers some delay, please send an email to “firstname.lastname@example.org” and review your order.
Sockland assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the product will not be realized as a result of information provided by the client are false, inaccurate or incomplete or if delivery can not be made for reasons beyond the shipping company assigned for this purpose, as is the absence of the client or retention order in Customs. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost incurred from customs clearance, including any tax or additional fee.

- Shipments to mainland Portugal: the cost is € 8,20
- Shipments to the rest of Europe: the cost is 12.60 €
- Shipments to Rest of World: the cost is € 17,00

Exchange or refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase in Sockland, you have 60 calendar days from the time you place your order to request a change or refund. All products must be returned intact, unworn, with all tags and original packaging and properly protected during shipment. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs generated on the return or exchange.
If it comes to a refund, you will receive the total amount of the items (shipping cost will not be returned). We are not responsible for loss of items during their return.
All orders with a discount or promotion cannot be modified or returned.
How to make a return or exchange
Please send an email to “email@example.com” with your name, email, phone, order number and the items you want to return. In addition we would love to hear your opinion (helps us improve our socks)
If you have requested a change to your order, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive an email confirmation when the change has been processed. Refunds will be processed shortly receive back the order.
